- Where there any significant changes in noise level between stages of powered flight?
A change of sound was noticeable as the rocked ascended through the atmosphere, we could also notice a change in sound around 3 to 5 minutes into the flight, but there vibrations changed too and that could have contributed to the feeling of a sound change.

- Were there any significant changes in noise/vibration level during a single stage of powered flight?
Both during Stage I between Mode IB and mode IC as various layers of the atmosphere were penetrated. Also during the whole stage II we noticed vibration changes between GET 3 minutes and 5 minutes, also at the PU shift.

- Were there any unexpected acceleration transients experienced at initiation of IGN, SII CECO, MAX Q or M/R Shuft for buth SII and S-IVB?
I dont think we noticed anything unexpected, at those particular times. I think however the iniciation of IGN was a bit slow.

- After SC separation describe the conditions of the IU thermal shroud. Was there any looseness?
There was no looseness on the IU thermal shroud.

- How was ground / SC comm at igniion / liftoff time region relative to vibration and acoustic environments?
Comms were quite crystal clear, although the environment was quite noisy on SI during the first 2 minutes of the flight.

- Describe any visible venting or suspected leak after separation.
We couldn´t see something venting out into space from window 1.

- When, and at what distance, was the S-IVB seen for the last time?
Approximately at 4 hours 30 minutes, at a distance of about 12000 feet or 13000 feet

- Are there any comments relative to S-IVB/IU TLI guidance curoff conditions (predicted vs actual SC display)?
This is probably because of the early stage 2 ECO, but we were overperforming in terms of speed and HDOT.

- More specifically on item 2: Describe your observations during the early S-II center engine cutoff.
There was a very noticeable reduction in vibration and noise level.
